The Practice Development Master Mind Group is a program designed for new coaches, consultants and others who use coaching in their daily work that allows you to work with your cohorts to create a solid plan for launching your practice. WHAT WE WILL COVER

This Master Mind is focused on the core skills necessary to practice, market, and manage the business of coaching. 6 Sessions lead by Professional Certified Coach, Cornelia Shipley! This small group experience is designed to ensure you get all of your questions answered and the personalized attention you desire. During each of these 75- minute sessions we will discuss the learning module in more detail (answering any questions you may have about the session content) with plenty of time for coaching around your specific issues. Sessions will take place on Wednesday’s at 1pm Eastern time. All sessions will be recorded and made available within 72 hours so no need to worry if you miss a session.

Selected resources to speed your process for launching your practice.

Review of your Strategic Plan. At the end of the program you will be able to receive feedback from Cornelia on your strategic plan during your one-on-one strategy session. Cornelia will do a preliminary review of your plan and provide feedback via email. You will meet for your 30-minute final action planning session after you have had time to review her feedback.

2 development days to work on your practice and get feedback. The day will start with a group Q&A call in the morning to handle your general questions. Then the balance of the day you can call in for Cornelia’s virtual office hours where you will receive Private Coaching to handle any personal issues, questions or concerns or review your plan in a 20 minute session.
